For those of you who don’t know, we FINALLY found a nice little duplex apartment to live in while we go to school at BYU! It took looking at places every day for a long time (online and in-person) to finally found one that met our needs AND get a good deal! We’re living by Lions Park in Provo (NW Provo) and got a very good deal on the place we’re living in. That should save us a lot of money in the long run!
On top of all of these things, we have moved in the couch, tv, love sac, coffee table, bed, and a lot of Charissa’s stuff, who will be living there until we get married on July 31! However, we are still looking for items like a dresser, bedstands, table & chairs and a washer and dryer for cheap! Let us know if you know of any of these items in decent condition that will be good for us!
We look forward to inviting everyone down to have a BBQ and little party in the backyard when we are more settled down!

This probably sounds like a weird place to get furniture but I got a decent size table and four chairs at Shopko about a year ago for under $80. If you are looking for something to get you through until you buy a house or have kids or whatever, the cheaper furniture is the way to go and my table looks great. Also, be sure to look in the FREE section of Craigslist/KSL, you’d be surprised what people are willing to get rid of. Good luck!
IKEA! we got the cutest nightstands there for like $30 or $40 each. In fact, I’d say 90% of the furniture we have bought in the last year is from Ikea.
